      I strongly recommend not to join and don't spoil your peace in your life.

      Still if you would like to join god should save you, there is no value for employees the company policy itself hire and fire. you don't know when you will get fired. If you know proper politics Like politicians and manipulation bucketing you may survive. When you are trying to achieve your goal if you have plan to grow in your carrier please don't spoil your life.
