Some great people trying their best in challenging conditions Good CEO with open and honest approach.

Cons

The main company lacks a clear corporate strategy, unlike the smaller companies with its group. Old-fashioned leadership and line management with archaic Command and Control management style Closed culture driven by large egos and ‘white, middle-class’ thinking. Few development opportunities Short-sighted leadership that are not confident to promote company achievements.
