The upper management are all in relationships with each other, if they do anything against regular guidelines and you bring up concerns you'll get fired and things will get brushed aside. They don't care about properly training their workers, they do not care about the health or safety of their workers, they don't care about the kids that are involved, they do not care about properly following ABA guidelines, they only care about getting their own money. They expect entry and mid-level employees to do the work off high-level ones for the lower level pay, and withhold promotions as well. No wonder they have such high turnover
