      Young, international environment Fridays early leave Nice teambuilding activities

      Cons

      Bad management. Constant organizational changes. Chaotic. HR focuses on IT and forgets the rest of the company. Notorious salary & conditions gap between managers and other positions. Everything is allowed depending on who you are. Old-fashioned product Fear to innovate Low or no professional growth possibilities at all Second-class equipment Low salaries

      There were no pros in my experience

      Cons

      Seriously poor management No clear structure, bad communication and constant changes which provides staff with no confidence Office space feels claustrophobic Lack of team culture At times feels like an unfriendly place to work
