You get a lot of experience in BD, operations, contracts and direct support and you will get the chance to work with some of the most amazing, knowledgeable and compassionate people.
Cons
Work culture depends on what team you are on, who your manager is and there is high turnover in PA and PO roles. Leadership is slow to respond to actual needs and is trying to expand too fast at the expense of employees work life balance.
