technical competence is good, training is thorough but way too long, relationship among technical people is straight and down to earth, flexible hours, cheap place to live

strict management and controlled by old ppl from startup days. terribly long "training" (over 2 years) period in doing a lot of work that you were not hired for. not a good place to find many job alternatives.
