      Every thing are pro's itself. As its been nearly one year i haven't seen any Con's and in india its operations started pretty much new. The growth of the company is very much on. - Structuring of the company is very smooth. You can directly reach out to your higher management very easily. that is it the best part of the company. - Very much in the company, every member are very professional and always will help you out when it is really needed.
