Youre selling att products in a walmart and costco. Most customers want to be left alone and tell you so. The pay that is explained during the interview process is incorrect. Your promised that it is easy to make over 1k a week when you actually make $400. The amount of driving eats up your paycheck in gas money. You go to the office, which ever location you're sent to and then back home. I was clocking in 800 miles a week. You're told if you do good and work hard you will quickly move up in management but while the job itself is easy, it is difficult to meet certain quotas depending on the stores you're sent to. You're required to dress up as much as possible for the office to so that the new hires think everyone there is made of money when in reality thats not true. Youre given the title "jr manager" when youre not a manager at all, its just to make you feel important. The whole place just feels like a pyramid scheme and the positive work environment and empty promises are what make it hard to leave. I don't recommend this opportunity if you have bills to pay. I would say this environment is only good for some sales experience and then get out.
