Pros

Not much to say really. Company offers decent money, and some of the people who work there are absolutely fantastic

Cons

CEO continues to run the business as a small business. No foresight or strategy behind many business decisions other than "we want to do this, let's do it" Personally witnessed bullying. Complaints have been made to HR department several times, but nothing gets done. Zero culture, despite what the CEO tries to portray during team meetings. Getting your staff to swipe on with thumbprints every morning and docking pay when they're a minute or two late is pretty poor when you rarely turn up to work before 10am, and are rarely there after 4pm

Pros

working in the IT department as a software engineer, I had a very talented and skillful team leader, that's about the only good thing there, and there's a coffee machine and a pancake machine that only works Fridays.

Cons

very high turnover rate (4 people including myself) were fired in 10 months, Salary is below average ($60,000 (before tax and superannuation) per year for a 5 years experience developer) Not a very friendly environment, HR will jump in your throat if you are late 15 minutes. work is from 9:00 to 5:30 In general higher management does not care about good outcome or working long hours or working weekends, all they care about is 9 to 5 login/out mentality and bureaucratic routine

Pros

2 Good Points. 1. End of the day. 2 Get paid on time.

Cons

No official overtime, if you do overtime, probably wont get paid for it. The more you put in the less you get. High staff turnover. HR is totally useless and not experienced and acts purely as a puppet for management. Management is led by a MMA fighter that can barely read and write, and considers anyone that has achieved education past primary school as a threat. Workers hours are not correctly paid. No training what so ever is offered and people can be dismissed at a drop of a hat, with a silly reason like not being able able to the job correctly. Workers are often pitted against each other with lies and defamation. Unrealistic workload expectations.
