Pros
Management is understanding when it comes to personal stuff. The day goes by super fast as there are always projects/tasks to do. The old guy that owns the company is awesome. The daughter that runs the show is Superwoman and busts her tail with minimal support.
Cons
Retailers are dropping like flies. Hours and pay were reduced due to Manufactures cutting what they pay out. Small company you have to wear many different hats.
