"Management is constantly in the way of any progressive initiative by employees... not a good place for new talent... good for nearly retired people... management constantly wants to 'go back to the way they did things because it worked' (worked in the 80's, & 90's mind you)... they'd rather not move forward... consultants come and go... only the more agreeable ones survive longer than rational ones... those who try to rectify the wrong practices are shown the door... any other request to consider improving the working environment will be met with an "it is what it is" response." Freedom, remote, good people, will learn a lot in the position.

Cons

Few social events/interactions with co-workers outside of MS Teams, below average pay, no bonuses, have to ask for raises and performance reviews.
