close to home and offer benefits

The management is very prejudice and has a habit of hiring and promoting only friends. The HR department does not help when an employee is in need of counsel or assistance with problems with management. They pay very poorly and micro-manage an employee's every move. The employees are controlled on every level.

The pros are the hours and benefits. That's it!

Job not career. No chance of advancement unless your a complete brown noser. Management and human resources are completely corrupt you cannot trust anything they say. Management is very immature and disrespectful they will speak negatively about employees in front of other employees. Rude and unkind. Management is a total joke. Someone someday can and should sue the hell out of ABI. I had to leave this place is poison.
