      Pros

      Fully stocked kitchen, ping-pong table available at our leisure, great coworkers, flex schedule is very accommodating for people with a busy life outside of work , CEO has ambitious goals lines up for where he sees the company going.

      Cons

      only con is that this review requires a con.

      Pros

      The company as a whole is the best that I have ever worked for. Amazing work life with a family balance to boot! They value every one of their employees like actual family. The opportunities here are literally endless.

      Cons

      Definitely not for those who lack work ethic. To work at a highly regarded software company requires a high level of drive. Other than that, I can't think of anything.

      Culture needs help, obvious bias of leniency and salary towards family. How can someone who is part-time make 70k a year?
