Your title will be Assistant Manager minimum No one checks your work You are essentially your own boss
Cons
They will steal your time, they will call meetings and only pay you for part of it and not the drive over They will tell you they have certain benefits to get you in and when you start the no longer do Constant turn over, over half the people who work for this company left in less than a year No training You will be left alone You oversee multiple properties with no support Corporate will not support you to help residents More seniors staff and corporate people are rude and very short tempered as they have no core values or structure Management is unprofessional and belittles vendors and residents Tons of paperwork for each lease No real structure on how things are completed or addressed ,everyone just does their own thing A lot of crime at each property, employees where mugged while working and there was no compassion and no help for community No number to call for help No IT Constant leaks and flooding in the office Constant bed bug exposure in the office with no insurance if you get them and take them home
