      Nice office and good location

      Cons

      Disrespectful management team. They do not actually hire you, they make you self employed and offer you zero job security. Even though you are self employed they will try and make you work 10 hour shifts everyday and have you cold calling 24/7. They will lie about the commission to try and hook you in as there staff turnover is very high. Zero training is provided they just expect you to “pick it up”, if you ask them a question you will most likely get a blunt useless response.

      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working with this company during their first full year of trading, and it’s so exciting to see them go from strength to strength. I’ve worked in a number of sales businesses in my time, and I have to say that this one was a breath of fresh air. Talented, committed and focussed CEO’s, their passion drives the rest of the team. They have a genuine respect for both staff and clients and I can’t wait to see what they achieve moving forward.

      Cons

      A young business, so you have to be prepared to work hard and change direction as they grow. This is not a negative though, just don’t expect to be able to coast!
