The employee benefits are horrible
The pay is even worse
They don’t allow over time, you barely get 40hrs a week
Great experience to be a phlebotomist at a plasma center , great help , team work , great managers
Cons
The distance , sometimes the co workers , I want to work at a good environment, most of the time it is but sometimes I get no respect because I am the youngest worker there .
