      Good Benefits Average Pay Implemented Annual Employee Recognition Awards Human Resources - Anniversary & Birthday cards / Halloween Costume Contests / Holiday Party

      Cons

      CFO has created a very negative, bullying and demeaning environment. The CFO has been supported by Management despite reports from Accounting staff. Losing quality people due to their decisions to turn a blind eye.

      Good benefits, location, flexibility with scheduling around personal life

      Cons

      Company only cares about money. Raises were laughable. No growth opportunities. Management was horrible consistently throughout the years. High turnover

      Poorly managed and very clandestine.

      Pros

      Free food every once in awhile. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Contrary to what they tell you there is no room for growth or management opportunity unless you play along with what they want you to do and leave out the human factor in decision making. Once a year all company raises and pay scale is all over the place with harder working employees making less and long term employees making the same or less than new hires with no experience. Before they were bought by Reside it was a different company.
