      Pros

      The culture and core values are not just words on a sheet of paper. They are discussed daily throughout the company. These values start at the top of the Leadership staff. One of the only companies I know that has an external Business Coach on-site each week to help all employees deal with conflict, working with other employees and daily issues.

      Small privately owned business that may be restricted on how much business and can take on due to limited skilled resources in region.

      Pros

      A healthy and laidback atmosphere that maintains a professional and task driven focus. Allowing for a favorable balance between work and life. A company that stands completely behind the "right seat right person" attitude. A feeling of belonging and trust is very apparent among employees.

      Everyone works together toward shared goals. Engaged leadership. Supportive culture. Small company atmosphere with thoughtful perks for employees. Dedicated team. Quality products. Pride in workmanship.

      Cons

      Applicants often assume that the commute is longer and only realize its close proximity to Keene, Peterborough and Winchendon once they get here.
