R&D center only; Success depends on manufacturing sites in Beijing China as well; Tough business but hopefully has a bright future.

- Anyone that knows the history of the modern EV movement understands AC Propulsion's roll in kick-starting and pioneering the way - Best practices learned from the beginning of the company (mid-90s) through to modern engineering activities are available readily with presence of founding personnel and detailed documentation throughout the history. Awesome information to learn from! - "Engineer's playground" is ample description for their capabilities and opportunities to ideate and generate concepts/products from. - All ideas are welcomed for new products and resources often allocated to work towards concepts proposed. - Small fleet of in-house EV conversions for occasional use by employees to both experience the products being developed and gain valuable dev. time on future products.
Cons
- Smaller size of the company is a double-edged sword as it could mean more initial work-load, and generally means self-motivated employees have ample room to grow and learn through the opportunities available in a myriad of different fields.
