Pros

Started well like a traditional old school MSP. Easy to get it. Good for those who are struggling with work a visa as you can be choosers many a time. Slow and laidback due to little tech innovation. Diversity and inclusion With the new reward policy, you many get cookies mailed to you which are yummy. One days at office is reasonable with lunches and soft drinks. New me-day policy is a pleasure.

Cons

Old school technology with old school customers. Legacy tasks and repeat ones. Average mind set staff- who can stick there for a long. Major focus on reactive support with no consulting ability. Limited training and development: While the company may be easy to get into, there were limited opportunities for training and development. This made it difficult to build new skills or advance within the company. The cloud guru portal is not really a in house training platform. Lack of innovations, but too many procedures. Sales and account managers throwing balls without knowing about resourcing. The company looked good on paper, but in reality, it was different. The HR department's seeming inability to understand or address the challenges facing employees. As the company grew and the workload increased, many employees, felt overworked and underappreciated. This ultimately led to a high level of dissatisfaction and burnout among staff.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s good to hear that you experienced some of the great benefits we offer our people, especially our commitment to diversity and inclusion. We note your constructive feedback as well and as always, we are committed to taking all feedback seriously and looking for ways to “better it”. As a fast-growing business, we experience growing pains along with the same staffing challenges of every IT business in Australia over the last few years, however, we are very proud to say that our recent staff engagement survey had one of the best results in our history. We work hard to create a great experience for both our people and our customers and are sorry that you didn’t get to experience that. We wish you the best in your future career endeavours.

Pros

The company consistently promotes itself as the "best place to work," repeatedly emphasizing this claim. However, the reality on the ground does not align with these assertions. Despite the existing workload, the introduction of a swarm technique seems incongruent and does not align with the existing circumstances. It`s top "yes man" environment, good for individuals who conform without dissent and consistently nod in agreement.

Cons

Their mission is to continuously apply lean principles over existing lean principles. The new Agile swarm-based honey-pod technique aims to extract maximum nector, juice from flowers that may be partially wilted or overwhelmed, crushing them to their pinnacle. Despite experiencing significant attrition, the juice crunching machine continues to operate tirelessly and without interruption. The mute People & Culture department seems to play the role of a passive spectator in the garden, believing that providing free lunches alone will suffice to nurture and revitalize the flower bed. Most of my DB peers joined the team without the expectation of performing tasks such as taking calls, dispatching/ routing cases as these responsibilities were not originally outlined in the job description. To add the flavor the HR continuously introduces fancy terms such as bonuses, growth opportunities, and career progression. However, it appears that the organization is primarily driven by the decisions and actions of a select few individuals.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns with us. We value feedback from our employees and take your comments seriously. We understand that there are always challenges when introducing a new operating model. The swarming approach to customer support is a change but had been well received by both customers and AC3ers for the most part. Change is always challenging, but we’re constantly working on improving the model and we’re continuing to encourage our customers to log tickets via our online portals to further reduce the handful of calls we receive via telephone. We’re pleased to see that those engineers most concerned about having to pick up the phone and talk to a customer have enjoyed the experience to connect with the person they are helping! Thanks again, your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve as an organisation. If you have any further suggestions or concerns, please feel free to share them with us.
