ACA International Reviews

ACA has great people and although there are some days that throw us for a loop, we always work together to solve any problem. The work is diverse, where I'm not doing the same thing all the time and I get to travel a little bit for work, which is fun! Standards are set high, but achievable and you get good feedback when needed. They are flexible with schedules, so not everyone comes in or leaves at the same time, which is nice cause no ones schedule is the same. It definitely feels like a community working together!

ACA gives employees a great deal of opportunity to work on a variety of projects that serve its national/international membership. There is a new sense of direction and purpose and opportunity for employee input. ACA's convenient location along with flexible schedules and time off are well received and appreciated. Many of the staff are long-term employees who demonstrate day-in and day-out what service means.
