Pros

Office is in a quiet location

Cons

No opportunities for growth and work life balance is not good. Many people have been laid off recently and I don't think things are looking positive for ACASS. The morale is very low.

Pros

Nice modern office, in office gym, free snacks

Cons

They say so much how amazing they are but do very little about it. The company values are presented on the wall in front of the entrance but they do nothing to follow them. Once you enter, you will be pleased to find yourself in a beautiful office, but who cares if this place is rotten inside. Coworkers are double faced, don’t trust anyone. There are cameras everywhere so they are watching you, kind of an unpleasant feeling. They hired a CEO’s sister to replace the current employee who worked with them for 5 years, and laid her off. The CEO’s sister behaves like nothing happened and everyone else too - very fake and unhealthy environment. The pay is very low comparing to the amount of work you are expected to do. Micromanagement is horrible. People are constantly leaving this company, around 4-5 employees every 2-3 months. If you are applying for Flight coordinator job, go for it if you in desperate need for a job, but you would wanna leave very soon. Aircraft management department is a disastrous one with a lot of mess, constant stress and low pay, very frequently they are hiring new coordinators because people are leaving.
