      Ok.. I wouldn't recommend to expand your sales career.

      Pros

      Good base salary, learned a lot from pitching complex solutions from the direct manager, decent product.

      Cons

      micro management that makes you second guess yourself. No flexibility what so ever in a competitive market, product is overly complex and buyers are technical. Also lack of transparency from management, you always feel second class. Also, it is an extremely un-diverse workforce.

      There is ample scope to learn and grow. Flexible hours. No pressure.

      Cons

      Poor teamwork, one of the worst HR and accounts teams, no system of rewards/ recognition or communication, a lot of favoritism and politics, and poor work culture.
