      The only pro that I can think of is that you get flexible working hours and it's a private school so you get some holidays off. FYI spring/summer breaks are not included.

      Cons

      Whew, so many cons....but let's start with low pay, inconsistent management, extremely high insurance premiums, high turnover, low employee morale, poor leadership, awful communication, lazy coworkers, pointless meetings, hurry up and wait for mentality. Just an overall NO for anyone that is serious about their career. Just don't waste your time.
