Pros

-Pay is adequate for an entry level position. -Free chips, soda, and coffee.

Cons

-Nepotism goes CRAZY. People will get away with making heinous mistakes with clients' money just because they happen to be related to someone in upper management. -You will not get paid for being bilingual. I had requested for bilingual pay on multiple occasions to several managers, and none of them gave me the compensation I deserved for being the only person in the entire company who spoke that language (which I did in fact, utilize with clients on a semi-daily basis). -Healthcare sucks. Had nothing but issues with the health insurance plan, it was a huge pain to get prior authorizations approved through it. -They NEVER CLOSE! They'll stay open during blizzards, making their employees risk their lives. One of my coworkers got into a car accident because of this, and ACCESS did not care at all. There is no reason a bank of all places needs to stay open in dangerous weather. -Clients were rude, temperamental, and overall just a pain to deal with. They will walk in reeking of cigarettes and treat you like dirt. -They will rob you of your promotion that you applied for because the person who was previously in that role, weeks later suddenly decided they didn't like their new job anymore and wanted to come back. -They don't know what they're doing, ever. They will roll out plans without having any idea how they're going to achieve it and what it'll look like when they get there. -They say they "don't require cross-selling/referrals", but they will make you meet with management on a weekly basis about your referrals attempts and constantly push you to do them. They only say they don't require it because they want to look better than the bigger banks, but they do require it. They just don't want to say it. -If you have curly hair, you might be told it is "unprofessional".
