My immediate boss and fellow coders were great and always there for you. We were a great team.
Cons
No support or recognition from upper management or owners of Ace. Coders always first to be blamed when office behind with billing. No raises given to staff. Insurance changed yearly and was outrageous in cost. Worked there 5 years with no raise and increase in insurance yearly meant my paycheck went down yearly.
