      Fair, Positive Place to Work - Nice People

      Pros

      - Treat staff fairly and well - Happy to pay for staff to go on training courses - You are listened to - Good team, overall nice people.

      Cons

      - Change in software systems whilst I was there, challenging to learn 3 systems initially. Don't think this is likely to be the same in the future though.

      There wern't many pro's to working there, other than having fresh milk in the... oh no wait, we had to pay for that too.

      Cons

      No management structure - everyone is a manager. The marketing manager is the owners daugher, who was inept at anything. Sales were a joke.

      It is clear to the management at ACE Lifts who has written this and we understand that it is hard for some to be objective when they have been 'let go'. It is a shame that you feel that personal attacks on individuals are acceptable however we wish you all the best and hope you found a job that you are more suited to.

      First months have been ok.

      Continuing bullying by the MD. No life/work balance, a nightmare was the entire experience.
