      Benefits are okay. Could be better.

      Poor Management, Very Much a Man's World and a lot of secret meetings behind closed doors. Lack of communication between management and staff.

      Pros

      They had an immature quality system was understaffed. The Quality unit was small so there was opportunity to go in and make an impact.

      Cons

      The culture was not conducive to a team environment so there was a lot of turnover as a result of poor leadership. The Director would literally tell you who not to talk to and was very vindictive if you every made hime angry.
