      One More Taco Tuesday Should Fix It

      Pros

      If you’re looking for a place where “culture” means free breakfast and the occasional BBQ while everyone quietly burns out, you’ll fit right in.

      Cons

      High turnover, constant pressure, and very little transparency make the environment feel unstable. The company seems more focused on selling the idea of culture than actually creating one.

      Supportive team, but limited remote days

      Pros

      I feel like my supervisor and team actually care about my success. The effort to hear and take action is seen. Communication is good across the company, there is always something fun going on or resources they offer. The experience is what you make of it, advancement is there if you want it and speak up.

      Cons

      Negativity is contagious, not enough people stepping up to choose their own opinions. Would like more than 1 day remote per week.

      Positive changes and fun culture

      Pros

      ACERTUS is turning things around and growing again. There are challenges, but those who are willing and wanting to drive change, make an impact and help the company succeed will find success here. Bonuses were paid out after Q1, new managers are being brought in, and we have a strong C-level that is holding people accountable for driving the business forward. We have fun too! Fun events like a summer BBQ, Fall Festival, weekly mingles with free breakfast, monthly lunches, volunteer events, virtual BINGO, and more to break up the monotony. We have a lot of employees and leaders who genuinely care and want to see us succeed, and we are starting to see this shift with fresh energy. There are a lot of growth opportunities. I've been promoted and so have so many across the organization. Last year, we had over 100 internal promotions.

      Cons

      We have had a few layoffs last year but with new leadership, we have a strong direction now and things are trending in a positive direction. This isn't the place for someone who wants to do the bare minimum.
