Some get written reprimands or worse for minimal items while others were able to make significant adjustments inconsistent with the handbook.
2. One of my supervisors was very hostile verbally and raised her voices to the point other employees could hear her outbursts. Even though, it was brought to her attention by others, her behavior did not decrease, rather it increased, as she knew one of the top two leaders was very close to her and would protect her regardless.
3. They created 'values' for the organization, but in my opinion it was merely something on paper to draw business and while it may be applied in working with clients, in my opinion they are not implemented within the company other than some shallow presentations at staff meetings.
