      Pros

      The only pros are the benefits and the steady work week and pay check.

      Cons

      We were never allowed to talk to any of our coworkers whether it be a simple good morning or "how was your weekend?" I wasn't expecting a party atmosphere, but I wasn't expecting the entire office to be completely silent every single day. Upper management would transfer you without warning.

      As an entry level employee I learned a lot. Happy hour every other Friday. Decent Medical benefits

      Cons

      Stressful environment due to lack of employees. Company saves money on labor buy increasing the work load of current employees. unrealistic deadlines.

      Not a bad place to start your working career. Willing to train for new employees. Offers good benefits and 401K.

      Cons

      Senior management needs to take more from middle management suggestions/issues. Needs to get back to a more employee friendly atmosphere.
