Purpose driven organisation Everyone is there for the right reasons and working very hard to help older people

This feedback is not particular to ACH Group, but rather to aged care as a sector. The sector is underfunded and recruiting good staff very difficult. This places extra pressure on the existing staff who then get very tired and sometimes over worked. Worst of all, the government's solution to all of this is to police aged care organisations more, which results in more investment in administration and less investment in frontline staff. Older people need to be protected but this should not be at the cost of painting aged care organisations and staff as the "bad guys".
