      Changes with corporate but great people to work with

      WFH, PTO days, great people to work with on project teams

      Cons

      Corporate is looking at numbers rather than listening to employees concerns. Workload is high and has been since pandemic started. Re-organizing has started but it’s slow moving to see results for everyday way of working.

      Nice colleagues but they are leaving

      Cons

      All engineers at senior management level with no clue how to manage clinical research. Bought over 29 companies with no thought how to assimilate them with regard to IT or other infrastructure. Work/Life balance is horrible.
