Pros
Owners cared about the employees. Employees that I worked with cared about the debtors they worked with - developed a relationship with. QC was in place to prevent asking anyone to pay what they could not afford.
Cons
The outlook became bleak when client hospitals consolidated into massive healthcare systems. Those systems demanded lower rates and consolidated their networks of approved collection agencies.
