      Pros

      There's a great environment here. I've made a lot of friends and everyone wants you to do well. Unlike a lot of larger companies the managers actually want you to help you succeed and will put in extra work to help you. There is also a lot of growth potential within the company. Your hard work will not go unnoticed you definitely get what you put in. Overall it was a great place for me to start my career.

      Cons

      Company is very fast paced and competitive, really have to go the extra mile to stand out.

      Best part about this company was the culture and overall atmosphere. I have never been a part of a workforce that really looks out for you and your future. Everyone is welcoming and always helpful. The managers are great role models for people who really want to change their personal habits and overall lifestyle. Changing your lifestyle and making the commitment isn't for everyone, so people get turned off by the challenge. Now if you're looking for something that will challenge you to be better, you've found the right place.

      Pros

      The management here knows exactly what they're doing. They set high standards and consistently deliver. The top level management is extremely intelligent and have a great sense of vision and planning. If you go to company social events (which are quite frequently by the way), it is quite easy to have conversations with upper management. Overall it's a great place to start your professional career. If you pay attention, you will get seasoned very quickly.

      Cons

      Work life balance can become poor, especially for someone straight out of college. It's important to communicate with your supervisor because it can become stressful if you don't.
