Pay is the highest for the local area.

Cons

Ruled by cliques. If you are different in anyway from them, they will make your life hell and management will take their side because there are more of them than you. Depressing. Every lunch period was filled with people saying they wanted to quit, but they never did. The pay was too good.

Nepotism and Friends Wanted - No Experience Required

We hire friends and relatives of our hiring managers. It is a wonderful opportunity for employment for those who don't know the business, have no experience or education that is relevant. HR is fully supportive of this, and has regularly removed unwanted staff by falsely eliminating positions in order to allow these individuals to be hired.

Cons

We end up with employees who are clueless. They take up space and consume money but add no value. No wonder our employee engagement scores are so poor. We are continually told to "get along" as if that is what makes us happy.
