      Pros

      Challenging work. Supportive management. Support for family. Very understanding if an issue. Fair compensation. Health benefits, time off, matching 401k, etc.

      Cons

      They are in the midst of the next step in company’s growth after the recent sales of their high growth business units. They are yet to complete the intended acquisitions in new products and markets. Though I know it’s just a matter of time.

      I have worked here for over 15 years! There are great people that work here. I have learned a lot over the years and still enjoy coming to work. I love the location to. Not as much traffic to and from work from where I live.
