      They treat the employees extremely well. They listen to your concerns and give you what you need to help you do the job

      On the job training, not really a con, but something I wasn't used to.

      Pros

      Challenging work. Supportive management. Support for family. Very understanding if an issue. Fair compensation. Health benefits, time off, matching 401k, etc.

      Cons

      They are in the midst of the next step in company’s growth after the recent sales of their high growth business units. They are yet to complete the intended acquisitions in new products and markets. Though I know it’s just a matter of time.
