A time-capsule place with old, misogynistic mentalities

Pros

Some people there are great to work with. Free breakfast on Fridays. Holiday celebrations with catered lunch. Close to two malls and highway.

Cons

Transparency isn't the best. The quarterly reviews weren't honest as some sides aren't performing as well as they report. Dysfunctional leadership makes for confused and unappreciated staff. Because most of the execs have been around for over 20 years, the culture is stale and stagnant.

Pros

Some of the people are nice. The pay is decent and some of the benefits are good for a small company.

Cons

There is a lot of discrimination, especially sexism. Some of the managers play a lot favoritism, I witnessed sexual harassment by a manager that was very uncomfortable. But since all managers are men, they let it go.

Pros

I have worked here for a few years now, and it is a good company to work for. They listen to you and take what you say and try to make adjustments based on the employee opinions/suggestions. The bosses aren't micro managers, and are quite pleasant to work for.

Cons

No PTO / Paid sick leave in the billing department. There are issues beyond our control that effect our pay. To have your spouse or children on your health insurance is a joke to try to pay for.
