Couldn't concur more with the previous statement. The presence of double-dealing managers and a culture steeped in insincerity and betrayal is evident. There's a glaring absence of proper training, compounded by managers being conspicuously absent when needed. Promises are made abundantly, yet rarely fulfilled. Flexibility is nonexistent, and policies seem to shift incessantly without regard for stability. There's a conspicuous absence of team cohesion and a distinct lack of friendliness permeating the environment. As a former employee, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the HR department. My interactions with HR have been consistently negative and unproductive. HR lacks empathy and fails to provide the necessary support for employees facing personal or professional challenges. Instead of offering guidance or assistance, they adopt a detached and indifferent attitude, further alienating employees.
