Decent pay for the work
Comfortable working conditions
Cons
Little or no oversight or feedback from management
"Family" atmosphere isn't exactly how I'd describe it
There is a higher turnover rate than advertised, employees are not seen as investments so management is happy to cycle through them than mange, train, and work on retention

Agreed, we had work to do to enforce a professional environment.
Our employees are our number one reason any success and growth we've attained. We have been focused on restructuring and investing in the Company.
We've weeded out a few bad apples that can ruin it for everyone. In addition, we have hired key people to make sure we are not asking some employees to carry a heavy load and others to skate by.
In the second half of 2018, we'll be launching an intensive Leadership training program for our Supervisors, Managers and VPs.
Feels like one big family. The company makes an effort to provide benefits, learning opportunities and great resources for employees. Had a good experience here and will miss the owners!
Cons
They are working on reorganizing their management and structure but things are getting way better

Thank for taking time to provide feedback!
We are working with a strategic management consulting firm to restructure the way we are organized. We have grown so quickly as a Company, and the infrastructure hasn't caught up with the size we are now.
We acknowledge we could be better with new hire training, adding additional support staff and creating clear accountability with the Managers.
We are always thinking of new ways to support our employees and have added a Costco membership as a new perk. All of our employees commute by auto, so this gives access to low priced gas.
Most importantly, we are aggressively working to improve the culture so that hard workers are recognized and rewarded.
We are only going to get better in the future!
