POOR pay; incompetent supervisors; little to no accountability of management; facilities poorly kept. Staff are poorly trained and often showed unprofessional boundaries with clients.

Learned how to cope in hostile work environments and became an expert in dealing with unprofessionalism among other unpleasant things

Cons

Mental health suffered, supervisors are vastly incompetent with some not even speaking or writing proper English yet wanting to correct and dissect every move their employees made
