You never know if you will get another marine veteran executives or maybe they all are. Changing management also means it can be another racist or super conservative person that have no problem treating their subordinates like crap and get away with it. Not a professional workplace. They let good and hard working people go immediately for no good reason instead of looking at their management. Their HR is also like dogs for the upper management who do not have much integrity in the first place. Working environment is dirty and the production system is outdated that create a lot of extra work and chaos on a day to day basis. Pay is low with poor benefit. Even if you are going to get a job here keep looking somewhere else. They won't treat you fairly even if you put your heart and soul to your job. Also if you are ethnic or anything that doesn't fit into their culture stay away from this place.

No Comfort, No Hygiene, Washrooms are pathetic. Its a management driven Company. HR does not know their own formed policies. They harass people here. The work quality is bad, No one can learn anything new to enhance their carrier. Cab services are poor. Admin dept acts like a bureaucrat. HR works only for management and not employee. People abscond here, due to their killing dealings and inhuman behavior.
