Team was super friendly and helped me feel included, as a more quiet person, I found myself coming out of my shell a little bit around them Excellent pay in the grad program Fantastic opportunities to progress Manager was very gentle, understanding and patient with me Spring boarded me into my current position now Very flexible working arrangements
