The company has no ethical compass. The CEO had a suspended medical license for sleeping with a patient. Other professions would have never reinstated him. He now exploits the mentally ill confined to adult homes and nursing homes. He overbilled Medicare and Medicaid by several millions of dollars which is all public record. I would also inquire in your interview the amount of times they enforce the employee contract and sue or demand retribution from employees. This is part of the business model.

They will rip you off for every dollar they can, nepotism reigns this company which is unethical to the core. Check the CEO and his ethical violations prior to working for him.

They have finally closed the business.

Cons

I worked there and we never knew if we were getting paid. We would have to wait 8 - 10 weeks just to get ONE paycheck. Extremely poor management. A family owned business that only cared about THEIR family!
