      I enjoyed interacting with younger people/students

      Cons

      Overall program not well coordinated leading to varying levels of performance by students. Students' varying levels of background and preparation led to large gap in learning ability and outcome. Low pay

      Pros

      We are hopeful about the upcoming merger with California Institute of Integral Studies, which seems to have a much more mature and professional institutional culture.

      Cons

      Faculty grossly underpaid for clinic supervision ($36/hr). Very poor communication from administration. Policies and procedures for advancement are ignored. Friends of administrators overstep advancement of senior faculty. All faculty = Part Time = No Benefits. No HR Department. Faculty never notified of rights. Lowering standards of admission to increase number of enrolled students.

      A great place for people to find great TCM books

      Cons

      After merging with CIIS, the TCM library just merged into nothing. Almost all the books sent away or gave away.
