      Unorganized and Inefficient

      Pros

      There are a lot of room to make over time during busy seasons, therefore this job comes with a lot of extra money to be made. Simple Job, doesn't require much usage of the brain. Employees are great and friendly.

      Cons

      Starts really early. Must report to the shop at 6AM on most days, if not everday. The shop looks run down and old. Management is knowledgeable, however, they continue to fail to utilize manpower/employees efficiently. There will be workers daily that are simply just hanging around and doing nothing. There are a handful of bad employees who uses unethical work practices, such as running the clock to get more hours, lazy, and lacking common sense.

      Great growth potential. A fast paced, ever-changing work day. Great co-workers. Positive changes since new management has taken over.

      Cons

      Long Hours and little ability to plan around emergencies.

      Do not waste your time with this company

      Pros

      Good Pay and that's entirely it

      Cons

      1) Constant battle between sales and operations, we literally worked against each other since day 1. 2) Zero team players and zero support in times of need. 3) Took me 4 months to get my business cards, IT would not help me fix my laptop, constant spam calls to company phone 4) Upper management would rather fire you than train you. Went through 2 general managers and 2 operations managers within 6 months of me being there.
