Everything handled extremely last minute with an endless blame game cycling through the shop. No one takes responsibility for their actions and very few people were easy to work with. Not allowed to speak or make any noise even when speaking to a supervisor about concerns that will not be taken seriously. Every issue is "addressed" after the fact when everyone could see if from a mile away and constantly warned the upper management. Poor record keeping. Contant drama throughout the shop and inconsiderate management. Typically cycle employees every year or so with a massive lay off and expect the skeleton crew that survives to pick up the slack with chastising comments and screaming all the way.

You can’t talk to anyone during your shift but if and only if it is something that has to do with your work can you talk to your team lead ( which most of the time is so far up managements a** that they are looking for you to talk or do something so they can run to them to tell). You have to sign out on a BATHROOM log to use the bathroom and can’t go 15 mis before or after a break or lunch so make sure you go or you better hold it. Management will hover you when they don’t like you and will talk about you to other employees.
