      I'd share them if there were pros. Unfortunately, there were none.

      Cons

      Very top heavy. 80% of attorneys there are shareholders. Makes you wonder if you'll get your next paycheck since it looks like they're desperate for money and they pay $10K less than other firms in the area.

      Flexibility, allow more than allotted hours without penalty (except not being paid, but no "write-ups"), bonuses

      Office manager plays favorites, expected to "know" everything, ungracious coworkers
