      remote work, I love what I do, great manager/supervisor (at least in my team)

      Cons

      salary is not competitive, no salary increase (already behind the country's inflation rate + not aligned with the updated job scope/task complexity), quarterly performance reviews with no appraisal

      Pros

      Maybe I got lucky with the team I got assigned to, but my direct supervisor and lead are kind and understanding. They are willing to accommodate us employees when needed. Pay is so-so but way better than most local BPOs in the area, aside from the base pay you also get additional allowances which can add up to 5k. Incentives can also increase your take home pay if you manage to meet the KPIs.

      Cons

      Since this is a BPO, expect ever changing work scopes which you may struggle with. I personally did and the new work scope did not match my current skill set, plus the standard time for training is around three months so the added time pressure did not help,
